When you create an account, we may collect your personal information such as your first and last name, birth date, email address,and a photo, if you chose to have a photo associated with your account. For agents, we also collect bank account details necessary to process payments to you

b. Usage Information

We collect information from and about your use of the Services and the devices you use to access the Services. 9. What if our business is sold?

We reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event of a merger with a third party or upon a sale or transfer of all or a portion of our business or assets to a third party acquirer. In such cases, we will notify you before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. The new controller would be required to protect all the information that Agents Only has collected from its users under the same terms of this Privacy Policy.

10. How Agents Only protects your information

Agents Only cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect and that we share with our service providers. Our security measures include:
